Where are they?

Does anyone know where the folks at Technical Industries (of Teco-Nimslo
fame) could possibly be? They don't answer their phone...
On a similar note, I have recently become intrigued by the possibility of
shooting macro with a Nimslo I was given. Problem: although the lights come
on and the shutters make a clicking sound, they don't open at all. The
batteries are new. Can this be fixed? How and by whom? I would also
appreciate hearing from anyone who's had experience shooting macros with a
Nimslo and can offer any advice. Thanks.
