Seems to be the Japanese (Kanji) character set. Even if you had
this character set, you'd need to be able to read Japanese I
expect.

If you go to the root (http://www.ricoh.co.jp) you can select the
English language alternative but I don't think the same directory
tree exists for the English side (at least, I couldn't find it ..
if someone else can, I'd be interested).
