Dear Sean,

I wrote to you by email and you responded by email with a product list. I in
turn wrote back with further questions, right away. This was at least a
month or more before your vacation. Your lack of response didn't seem to
warrant spending money on a long distance phone call!

I don't feel that I "badmouthed" you or your company, but I apologize if you
have taken it as different than I intended in my comments which were
descriptive of actual events.
