Yes, that too!  Thanks Marvin!  I hope that photo-3d people have a sense
of humor and realize that what I wrote about myself was supposed to be
more funny than accurate!  And something else:  Fixing up a stereo viewer
is nothing compared to what people like Sam Smith are doing, i.e. building
stereo cameras and viewers from scratch.  I am here to help those who don't
have the skills, tools, space, etc. to do those things themselves.

Erlys Jedlicka's problem of battery leak was common in the 50s but modern
alkaline cells under normal room temperatures are much more resistant to
leaks.  I know someone who put their red button viewer in a dishwasher to
clean it!  I don't do that anymore ;).  I take the viewer apart and clean
every piece by hand.
