Piper's Technical Page

I am looking for this volume & had not heard it was available by (from?)
Piper.  Since he is not an NSA member, doesn't seem to be advertising (?),
etc., I'd like to know if any Photo3Ders can contact him, and possibly
arrange a sale...surely there are other readers who could use a copy.
