Re: Interesting Night in Detroit

I could tell when I projected it that it was depolarizing, but I didn't
quite know why. Afterward, the maker told me that he was using Lexan
plastic instead of glass to protect the slide. Moral of the story - learn
from our experience and don't use Lexan instead of glass! ;)
The judging had some problems last night, and I think it's time for
another refresher course on judging for our members. I'm sure the
club officers will plan something. Also, we will use some warm-up
slides next month. We didn't use any this month due to the high
volume of slides and the lateness of the hour. Anyway a good time
was had by all, so if you're in our neighborhood, feel free to
visit!!
