It wasn't meant as a slight on a famous basketball player, more as an
example of how the media are known to use big name stars to sell a product
they no little of. As for the Loreo, I don't consider it a good
representation of stereo cameras in terms of quality. It may be great for a
beginner or snapshooter, but not for those seriously addicted to stereo. Put
a roll of slide film through it and compare the results with a Realist and
you'll see what I mean. I agree with its concept, just not in its delivery.
If Shaq got into 3D I'd hope he pick up an RBT instead.
Thanks for your kind words about my web page Gabriel

Why not use one large close-up filter covering up the two middle lenses
instead of two small ones? I've used it with much success years ago before I
nuked my Nimslo.

I hope those are distant shots you're trying to do! Affective (non-Tylenol)
kitty shots at a short distance require a lot shorter stereo base than you
could get through twinning. Maybe you should talk to Ralph regarding his
Nimslo close-ups,or consult John Bercovitz's technical notes on the subject.
