BTW, in Rochester there was a stereo card exhibit called "Bad Stereo".  
I am sorry I missed it...

I wonder if John B. would like to comment regarding this...  
My personal feeling is that photography is art (among other things) 
but if you don't get some important 3D technical issues right (like 
mounting stereo pairs) then it can be a bad painful disgusting or 
totally unacceptable mess.  -- George Themelis
