There's a good reason the Polariod viewer isn't popular: It wholesales for
$ 175.00 ! I'd rather browse antique shops and pick up nice old ornate one
than invest in theirs.

If you want a real good Polariod offshoot, check out their Miniportrait
Camera made by Cambo. It takes 2 vertical pairs or 2 horizontal pairs,
whatever your preference, and focuses from about 3' to inf. It's well suited
for close-up, and the pairs fit perfectly in Joel Alper's 6x4.5 mounts.

Just to rub it in, I picked up mine in Victoria for $ 150 !!
