Why is the View-Magic viewer so good?

In my opinion.....

First, you are viewing the actual photograph in 4x6 format "without" any special lens, therefore you
don't have to worry about distortions or magnification problems. Secondly the mirrors have the
reflective surface on the front, not on the back of the glass as with normal mirrors--this means you
are seeing the exact image the way it should be seen. Lastly, it seems to me that mirrors somehow
enhance the brightness and clarity of the image. I'm not sure why this is, but I remember seeing the
movie "Edison, the boy" (with Mickey Rooney) in which the light of kerosene lamps was enhanced by
mirrors so a surgical procedure could be done in a dark room. Lastly, the viewer is built to show 4x6
prints. They are merely placed one on top of the other and there isn't the slightest problem in
aligning them properly.

I really like my View-Magic. The only problem is getting my Realist slide/prints done in the correct
size format--that, indeed, does take a little alignment time, but not so much to make it difficult.
