Some people prefer to freeview instead of using a viewer.  If we put

convenience on the side, given the choice of using a viewer vs. freeviewing

say stereo pairs in Stereo World, some people will prefer to freeview them.

Why is that so?   -- George Themelis

I'd say--convenience not counted--that the quality is better when you free
view. Less distortion, no magnification of those pesky screen dots.
