Sure, we believe you Grabriel... Check Reel 3-D's two books on the
Historical 3-D Reprint Series:  F. Drouin's "The Stereoscope and
Stereoscopic Photography" (1894) and T. Brown's "Stereoscopic Phenomena of
Light and Sight" (1903).  The first one was also reviewed by Dr. T in
Stereo World and in this list.
