Mc.Keown's Price Guide

Someone in Texas sold me a Realist Custom (by auction).The seller told
that in Mc.Keown'sPrice Guide to Antique&Classic Camera's the value of 
the camera was estimated $ 400.- -$500.-. Yesterday the camera arrived 
here in Holland . I was very disappointed to see it was a Realist ST4
(2.8  and shutterspeed until 1/200). I don't possess Mc.Keown's Price 
Guide and am curious to the price-indication for a Realist ST42. Can 
anybody tell me that? Yhanks in advance!  Klaas Morcus, Netherlands.
