The Nimslo takes three 386 batteries, inserted with the + side (the flat side)
down. I bought a Nimslo at the Atlanta NSA convention, and the nearby camera
store told me that the 386 battery was obsolete and couldn't be had anywhere in
Atlanta. However, upon arrival back in Los Angeles, I found them in virtually
every camera store and Thrifty Drugs within sight. Good luck wherever you are!
