RE: Larry Berlin and others comment on whether stereo is confined to
reality which is does as the perfect mind image trap! I will just note
that when color became available, the photographers avoided it like the
plague as color detracted from mass and compostion and it was too hard
to compose "for color" etc. So you ended up with the great color
photographers imitating the impressionists or poster art. AND NOW YOU
WANT TO ADD 3D to the dilemma? :-) BobH
