no film cutter

I don't mean to be facetious, but if you don't want to buy a film
cutter for 35mm film, you can either use scissors, or an X-acto knife.
What you must do is ... be careful.

And if you want your mounted slides to be "correct," DON'T use heat-
seal mounts!  You cannot adjust the film in them once they are melted
together.

There is a slide mounting document available in the archives and/or
from Joel Alpers' site which has excellent specific instructions.

It is also available in... Post Script - but it is not as easy to
get something going on this list as it used to be ;-)

...even SL-3D only raised a minor row...
...but then is it ART?
