Yes, you are correct, there are others companies now out there; which I
love to see. However, our comment was regarding those firms "still
alive" from the so called 3-D boom from the 50's. I don't think any
other companies are still doing 3-D that started when View-Master did
(1939).

We love all sorts of 3-D and just wanted to point out that View-Master
should not be beat upon just because the market can not be done the way
we would like to see it. If they could go back to the old way, where you
see a packet of every attraction, it would be great; but I feel that we
will not see this again. All we can hope now is some good 3-D once in a
while in one of the packets.

"The Rocketeer" was outstanding 3-D and, although the subject may not be
to everyone's taste. David Burder's photography in "Muppet Treasure
Island" was outstanding as well.

We support 3-D endeavors whenever we can (yes, we own a Loreo, a Fed, a
Nimslo, and a melded 35 mm-pre RBT). We use RBT mounts, buy supplies
from Reel 3-D and, of course, own at least one copy of every one of the
fine books from 3-D Book Productions. However, View-Master will ALWAYS
be our favorite item.

Each person's time and money spent on 3-D must be devoted to his/her
interest. However, we hate to see negative comments about one company
that is still trying to meet the demands of both the marketplace and 3-D
enthusiasts.

Time to get off my soap box. Hope I have not offended anyone with my
views, as this was not my intention.
