Excuse me, but wouldn't it be better to put the Convention committee
together first and then choose the site?  It seems that the way it is done
now, the site is chosen and NSA hopes and prays it can get someone in the
area to work on the Convention.  The site selection is the EASY part the
rest is the true challenge.

And I may want to withdraw my vote for Dayton - the only attraction for
Dayton is the 3d movies and as things go, by 2002, they will probably be
long gone.
