Thanks to Bob Howard for his explanation of the sunny 16 rule. I really
don't want to use a light meter and would prefer to THINK. However I often
succumb to the temptation to find a technical solution to problems. 
 Surprisingly though,  a lot of my slides turned out quite good in spite of
my confusion. (Especially the ones in the shade, ha ha).
