O.K. I know it's late, but who hasn't had a good idea at night?

I was thinking of putting together a "Home Kit" for the "Toscanini"
viewer modification.

Nicely packaged, it contains:

One small container of non-optical grade petroleum jelly - "VASE-O-LIEN"
(or for "low fat" purposes: 'VASE-O-LEAN'

One small container of dust and lint.

One small container, with shaker top, of insect fragments.

All you need to do is rub the jelly on all surfaces in the optical
path then sprinkle some of the contents of the other two bottles
over the freshly coated surfaces.

For light-grabbing viewers, use a small candle.

For illuminated viewers, remove the batteries.

Viola!

(Geez... did I miss my medication altogether? It is late...)
