You big poopy head! ;) (I'm just teasing)
Bob, I used my Realist for over a year before getting my Revere 33. I am
pretty sure that I know how to hold it properly. The main reasons why I
like the Revere more are :
1) I don't miss shots because I forgot to cock the shutter ( the Revere does
it for you when you advance the film)
2) I like the rangefinder showing 2 images at once, rather than the
Realist's split rangefinder.
3) My Realist is one of the early ones, and doesn't have double exposure
prevention.
I don't dislike the Realist, and as I said, I still use it, I just like the
less that I have to worry about with the Revere 33. I feel that these are
legitimate reasons for liking the Revere more, and I don't have a problem
holding it steady, so I don't need to press a camera against my forehead for
stability.
Please feel free to go into detail why you think the Realist is better for
you, but it is imposible for you to explain why it can be better for me,
since such things are just OPINIONS, and to each his (or her) own.
Love to all 3-D'ers,
