   Who out there knows when copyrights, patents, etc. expire...those that
were created during the 1930s, 1940s, 1950s, and then their production
lapsed? I know the current laws are very good to the copyright holders, but
I seem to remember that the laws called for short periods during the early
years. 
   And, I assumed the trademarks would be lost if the mark-holders didn't
enforce the use of their name. Even on this list, thousands of references
have been made to Realist format, realist-type, etc. Even Coke and Pepsi
constantly makes sure they don't have people using their tradenames as
generic lables so they don't loose their legal protection.
