I've a few copies of the book

	"MAGIC-3D - Magische Motive selbstgemacht"

for sale. This 96 page book (A4-sized, which is roughly letter size) was
published last year by "Chip", one of Germany's leading computer magazines,
and comes complete with a CD-ROM _and_ a 3 1/2" disk full of 3D software.
There are also several pages of full-color stereograms in it.
