I've re-loaded 300 of the back digest mailings onto the ftp/archive
site for your downloading pleasure. These are now indexed, and there is
100% coverage from issue #709 thru #1607. In order to search for
keywords, point your browser to:

http://bobcat.etsu.edu/ftpdir/photo/photo-3d/digests/ghindex.html

for the glimpse index searcher, or just to

http://bobcat.etsu.edu

for the upper level departmental page.

Here's a tip for searching the index...

Suppose you are looking for comments on the "Custom" - you'd
check the boxes for case - sensitive, and exact match. You'd get
a bunch of things returned, including...

File /bobcat.etsu.edu/ftpdir/photo/photo-3d/digests/PHOTO-3D_digest_1604.txt

line 18: 1) Re: Custom 3D video cameras
line 58: Subject: Re: Custom 3D video cameras
line 185: I read in the nice article in Stereo World on the Realist Custom a couple
line 205: > I read in the nice article in Stereo World on the Realist Custom a couple

All of these are "hot links" - click on any of them to display that
digest. However, note that line 18 and line 58 are really the same
thing - but line 18 is the "header" of the digest. If you click
on line 58 instead, your browser (at least mine does) is automatically
positioned to that place in the digest so you don't have to go
scrolling thru the file looking for it. This works whenever you see
a line that starts with a number and a ")" - such as
"1)" above, followed by a "Subject" line which has the same wording.
The first reference is in the digest "header" while the second is the
actual message.

Also note that you *might* have been looking for stuff on the
Realist Custom rather than Custom video. In that case, you'd
want to specify "Realist;Custom" as the keywords instead.

 THANKS
