I believe Grand Photo in Minnesota will make prints from Realist-format
slides for about $3/pair. When working from negatives, they offer the
option of "ready-to-view" prints, with both halves of a pair printed on a
3x7 paper (the right size for an old-style scope), but I don't know if they
offer that for slides. I don't know of anyone that mounts prints, but you
can do it yourself pretty easily using mounts from Q-VU. Both companies
are listed in the 3D Products & Services file on the 3d-web site
(www.3d-web.com).
