I don't want to appear over eager but Paul, if you have seen these 
experiments and their write-up, could you share them with us?  That 
seems to be one of the stumbling blocks here.  Bill has said there 
were experiments but so far has declined to tell us what they were, 
how they were done, and what the results were.  

Likewise, if you have seen pictures taken by this method that have 
more depth than they should by the two-lens understanding, it would be 
wonderful to hear about them and to hear how the existence of this 
excess depth was determined.

So far these two missing pieces appear to be chimerical.
