Realist Light Leaks

What was that noise? Oh, just the mighty Realist falling off it's lofty
pedestal! :--) :--)
With that exacto-mundo film registration we've heard about lately, couldn't
you load your Realists with fast film (in the dark), advance a certain amount
then carry the camera around in the sun for a while, without firing the shutters
or advancing the film. By turning the camera around and over, you would
ensure that all faces have some exposure to direct light. Take the camera back in
the dark, rewind it and take the roll to the one-hour lab for processing
only. Reload the negative, advance your predetermined amount and match
the streaks to the source of the leak. Easier to fix problems if their
locations can first be pinpointed.
If processor must mangle end of film to process, expose a pair on the film to
use for registration, then advance your predetermined amount.
Or does everyone already know exactly where the leak is?
Best regards,
Bill Davis
I've got two of those chocolate Kodaks and neither has ever leaked, b.t.w.
Chocolate and Stereo, no wonder I like those cameras
ey, that case is
almond colored, isn't it? Mmmmm.......
