At my desk I have a pair of anaglyph glasses, a pair of chromadepth
glasses and a "prismatic" viewer that came with my copy of 3D-Hollywood.
I use the appropriate viewer for the images people put on their web pages.
I like L-R pairs best as they view best with my viewer.

Like George, I get frustrated when it takes forever to download. I don't
usually browse the net from home as I only have a 14.4 modem and it does
take a while for anything to come down. At work, our T1 circuit and
ethernet network speeds things up a bit, however, we also go through a
firewall which often acts more like a bottleneck. I've found that the
best browsing time at work here is about 2:00am. Usually though I'm sound
asleep by this time, or at least home from work (6wk old at home) :-).

I like viewing the net pictures to get ideas on what others are doing. I
much prefer to see the slides and was overwhelmed when the Expo passed
through.

As for fast loading, flicker free and higher resolution which George
requests, all this is po$$$$ible. And, as new technologies develop,
hopefully we'll see some of the higher resolution devices come down in
price.

Speed is another matter. It not only depends on your link to the net but
also the server's. A T1 line on your end isn't going to download any
faster if the server end is a 14.4 link. Again, we'll see what the future
holds as cable TV and telephone technologies merge.

I'll take this opportunity to end my ramblings now. It's time to get to
work.

Regards,
Ron
