Dr. T,

Thanks for your detail report of the RBT S1.
I have got a couple of questions,

First, is the viewfinder on the extreme left of the twin combined
cameras ? And hence the view is about 100mm of where it should be,
is there anything to compensate for that?

Second, the auto focus mode, do you know if it is working in such a
way that the sensor asigned with your viewer measured the distance
and then sent the stream of data to both lenses at the same time ?
I was trying to accomplish that when I shot a 3-d book for Taiwan
for a lady singer in Greece in 1994 with two Canon EOS-5s. But it
didn't work, and we have to simply had to set up very carefully for
each individual shots and used manual focus.

Third, the two aperture rings, are they linked to move together, or they
need to be set separately?

Thanks

Henry
