Tru-Vue advertising cards?

I had always presumed that Tru-Vue cards were made for commercial
products, but had never actually come across any...until today.
At a local toy fair I purchased a white envelope with two Tru-Vue
cards inside. The outside of the envelope is printed only one side with:
YOUR EXCLUSIVE "BEFORE-IT-HAPPENS" LOOK AT THE BOLD NEW WORLD OF CHRYSLER
FOR 1970
...and again in french, as this is made for Chrysler Canada ltd.
When I got home I found that only one card seems to belong in this 1970
envelope, with the title "1970 is where it all begins! The Bold New World
of Chrysler" and features bikini-clad women draped across the 'new' cars.
The second card is titled "a V.I.P. preview of the 1969 models in
Full 3-D Colour!"
Can anyone shed any light on these? I realize they were probably
made available at some sort of car show or factory tour, but to what extent
and were Tru-Vue commercial cards common? Can I trade them for an RBT
camera?
:-)jamie.
