Yes, I do have an opinion ;).  

Velvia could work with a little overexposure, but I have switched to 
Fujichrome Sensia 100 which works very well for both people and scenery.  
I've shot two weddings with very good results.  Less contrast.  Good color 
saturation.  The ASA 100 rating is a plus.  Good choice for E6 film.
