Now that I remember back, we had that rule too. But for example, after 
a wildflower field trip, we often saw people submit pictures of different 
flowers; and when someone went on a trip, we would keep seeing views of 
Yosemite from many different aspects. I only submitted the suggestion of 
the Batch Theory to explain why some people seem to take pictures of only 
one subject.
