Personal opinion time ---

I am enamored with stereo photography.  I am not enamored with
computers.  I use one at work which allowed me to find P3D and meet and
exchange ideas with very knowledgeable 3D oriented folk.  That's the
major benefit I've derived from computers as far as 3D enjoyment goes.

Very often I get the feeling this is a computer forum rather than P3D.
I'm probably of the minority opinion here, since there is such a strong
thread of discussions on 3D with computers (after all, we're all using
them, aren't we?).  

When it comes to pass that the film companies do all their research and
development in computerland and the film era becomes a thing of the
past, you'll find me in the same place I am today --- left happily
behind.  You can pry my 40 year old Realist out of my hands, only after
I'm dead.  :-)
