...what kind of screw?

Some of the later bodies have this style protective screw, and it takes a
special tool, which looks like a file handle, made out of aluminum, with an
offset pin attached to the bottom. I have one from Realist, but have never
seen another!

said none of their
cameras have it.....What about everyone else? 

Again, some of the earlier cameras had a printed piece of paper inserted in
the back of the camera. It looked like a "film leader", printed with loading
instructions. Some of the later cameras had the info printed inside the camera.
