OK, I am still in digest mode but from the 3 messages I have received
so far from people getting all excited about ordering their 3Discover
and asking for details on how to use it for Realist slides, I understand
that this posting was taken very seriously and it is wasting my time
and the list's time.

So, let me say once again, I did not send this message.  Whoever did
send it using my account ID and signature at the end of the posting
in a very realistic way that could fool even me, has a very distorted
idea of a public joke.  

I can see how such practices can create chaos and affect public lists 
and people's lives in a negative way.  This posting will stay there 
as a permanent record (unless if Bob can erase it) and people can access
it and read it in isolation of what followed and get false information.

How can a person do that?  I mean, is it so easy any one can do it?
And what does this say about our safety and protection from fraud
in this electronic age?
