I use heat-seal mounts for the majority of my work, mainly due to expense,
and ease of use.
I'm very impressed by the quality of the RBT mounts, but they are a bit
pricey.
It seems to me that there is room for something in the middle. Back in a
former life
when I used to do multi-projector slide shows I always used some lightweight
white plastic slide mounts that would fold over and snap together. They
allowed a
fair amount of adjustment for registration. I assume there is nothing like
this out there
in Realist format? If there isn't, would anyone else be interested in mounts
of this
type? If people seem interested, I'll do some research.
Anyone out there with any plastic fabrication experience who'd like to help
pursue
this?
