You bring up a very good point. Not many have pondered that question
because we haven't reached it yet. As for myself when I do adapt a
cassette for my own views it will be a canniblized one. After that,
if it works well, they would be expensive as you mention. Maybe
when we reach that stage, Wrebbit can be approached to find out if
they will sell empty cassettes. In any case Wrebbit is looking at the
possiblity of taking your own 3D pics and "mounting" them to cassette.
(Personally I don't think Wrebbit will be to enthusiastic on selling
empty cassettes initially.) They might take your 3D pics or offer a 3D
camera. For now it is all preliminary, but they are looking at it.
Now back to answering Dr.T's comments.
