My current Realist 2.8 had the same problem but 100% of the time.  Ron
Zakowski fixed it for $35 (only this problem) and had perfect alignment
since then.  I cannot understand the 10%.  If the lenses are off the
problem is there 100% of the time.  Or else it could be the film?  I does
not make sense...

No.  I can see it too.  I am even worried for projection.
