As far as I know it still is. Thanks to John Dukes post Nov.4,96
I ordered a copy from the bookstore in the states. I believe they
will deliver anywhere to the world via UPS.
Incidently I got in the mail a receipt for the book yesterday, but
there was something I didn't understand on it. I phoned them to
inquire about it, and the nice lady on the line mentioned they
have been getting alot of orders for it recently. Some were
ordering up to 5 copies! I told her its because somebody (John)
posted on an internet email discussion group (i.e. P3D) the info.
She couldn't tell me if the book is out of stock thou, but they are
taking orders for it.
Anyways here is the original post courtesy of John Dukes.

P.S. The bookstore does have more store locations in the states, and I
assume they can be ordered by any of the chainstores.
