       (When I remember) I carry around a small bubble-level in my camera
bag which has an even smaller 'sticky spot' of adhesive on one side.  This
allows me to quicky stick it onto any side of the camera and, when holding
the camera away from me, make sure the image will be level.

       They sell these small levels in photo shops, usually on a keychain,
but I took the chain off.
