Many digital cameras come supplied with an LCD viewfinder screen. It's
feasible that you could rig a digital camera to your Realist and send the
image via wire to a view screen or portable TV that is safely and
conveniently near you. If you carefully arrange the mounting you could have
an accurate idea of what your stereo camera is seeing. This might be
essential gear if you get addicted to looking over the sides of tall
buildings from the top.
The ultimate extension of this would be the VR headgear that provides a very
small projection screen in front of the eye/s. You could freely move about
examining the view from any tall place (or in a crowd hold the camera above
your head) and take only the pictures you wanted. : -)
