I have a Pentax Stereo Adaptor Set (aka beamsplitter) for sale.
It's the 52mm version but an adaptor could be used, within reason,
for other filter ring sizes.

Comes with the viewer but no manual I'm afraid (hardly needed
actually). In very good condition with good optics in both
parts.
