Tyco doesn't own View-Master anymore

Today on the news it was anounced that Mattel bought Tyco for $750 million!

I wonder if this means there will be some new Barbie V-M reels?  So once
again V-M has changed hands.  Is this the 5th company to own V-M?  Mary Ann,
I would think you would know the count.
