'Magic 3D' from England

        I've just received the book 'Magic 3D' from the man in 
Bristol, England, who posted an offer, about 4 or 5 weeks ago,
to buy it at sale price and send it out.
        It's a beautiful book!
        Now, THE PROBLEM.  My computer crashed - _really_ crashed:  
needed a new motherboard.  And so I've lost the name and addresses of
that chap.  I think he's in Bristol, because that's the postmark
on the parcel. 
        So please, sir, tell me (again) how much I owe you in
sterling for the book and p&p.
        As a double-check, maybe somebody else who has received
the book could email me the man's name and addresses (email
& postal).
        To add to the worry, I haven't received any photo-3d
digests since Monday.  Was the server trampled in a stampede
of Texas longhorns?   Have the 'States' surrendered at last 
to Mexico, Cuba, or Canada?   Are you all still Giving Thanks?

        IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE?
