New 3D lenticulars on video cases`

Well I checked my calendar and saw it was time to make my trip
to the local mall and check out BlockBuster Video, thanks to Lawrence
Kaufman release dates that he mentioned awhile back. I saw the Phantom
lent but I passed on that one because it was a simple two frame animation
lent. I then saw the Star Trek lent that Dan Shelly mentioned recently
and was discounted $5 off. The lent has a nice 8 frame motion animation
of the Enterprise coming right at you. As Dan mentions, it a bit pricey
for a 10 page book but the inside is decorated with pop-out cardboard
3D stuff. In any case it will be a good investment when Trekkies will
bid for this nice book in the future.;-) As I was at the counter I
spotted the Independence Day video behind the counter. I didn't realize
that one also had a lenticular and couldn't make it out from a few feet
away. (I had forgotten that Lawrence mentioned that one too.) I asked
the person behind the counter if I could see that one also, and was
pleasently surprised when I saw it featured a lent on it. BTW this
one is in 3D and has the animation of the White House blowing up. This
one is not to be missed and the 3D is very good on this one.

P.S. Also saw Space Jam Action Flip books but won't mention them here
since this is strictly a 3D forum. Never seen any 3D Action Flip books,
it would be nice to find or make an anaglyph Action Flip book!

Gabriel,
   3D-motion Lenticular,
                   3D stuff,
                       Glow-in-the-Dark,
                                 Action Flip Books
                                        Magic Tricks & Novelties
                                                             Tacky?,
                                                                collector!
