Hmmm if you check the recent digest 1729, I wrote a whole paper on the
subject. It's item 11 on the list. If the black side is to emit the heat
as you also mention, thanks for the info. I speculated that it might be
regarding RBT mounts. It was also an idea studied for space vehicules 
as George Gioumousis interestingly wrote recently.
