Dr. T - thanks again for getting me started, and equipped, and
(now) for more good advice. But some of your advice isn't
applicable. Let me clarify:
I'm using Albion Alum. mounts, and don't seem to have vertical
misalignment, just horizontal. When mounting, I try to get the
same (usually distant) object (near one of the sides) in the
same position in both frames - I assume that is "mounting to
infinity" (or at least pretty close). I'm going to try
remounting with the "subject" as my "target" and, if all else
fails, invest in a mounting gauge.
I'm planning to talk to JG about a box of RBT mounts for
projection. The one demo I got seems to have good projection
qualities (Beefiness) but don't fit well into my Themilized Red
Button, which is why I haven't bought them before.
