3d@xxxx missing items

    The 3-d@xxxx came through Minneapolis last weekend, and Earl Keyser was
kind enough to host several of us other local list members.  A great time was
had by all.  However, there was a list of missing items enclosed in the box,
and I thought I'd post it to the digest in case it jogs somebody's memory so
that maybe some of the items will turn up and can join the expo someplace 
along
the way.
     Based on my scribbled notes, here's the list of missing items that was
placed in the 3d@xxxx box by Tim Klein in Plano, TX on 22-OCT-96:

Holmes handle and stage [these were actually present in the box when we
                         looked at it in Minneapolis 12-8-96, though, so I
                         think this can be disregarded]
Realist viewer spare bulb
LeRoy Barco's V-M Reel
Envelope with special mailing instructions for some recipients
