Perhaps because the minimum bid is $50.  This set, if in good condition
(as advertised) is worth $50 IMO but it does not go much higher than this.
It is listed in Waldsmith's book for $25 but this price needs to be
updated... $50-$100 is closer to its current value... I had one for sale 
for $40 in my last sale but the condition was not very good.  The cards 
are lithographs, not real pictures as in most stereo views.  The subject
is interesting (the subject is the Sears & Roebuck company) and the 
photography is very good IMO (depth has been a factor is taking these
pictures).  Plus, there is an interesting description in the back of 
every card. -- George
