Hi Jim
Don't know if you got your answer by now, but didn't reply sooner because
I have the same problem. I had tried DukeNukem3D in anaglyph mode and it
was great except for the fact that it used to freeze up on me. This was
the demo version. I tried to find my notes on how it was done, since this
feature was not documented, but wasn't successful either. I do have the
file somewhere, but is probably of the hard disk and on some of the
million floppies or zip disks. In any case, phoned a friend that has it
and he said that you have to open the duke3d.cfg file and change the
screen mode to 7. That's it. BTW, I had a sneaking suspicion this feature
was not documented because it was still buggy. I waited for the full
version to come out but didn't buy it because there was no mention of
the anaglyph mode on the packaging. The friend above that did buy it,
mentioned they still don't document it very readily and this is probably
because it is still buggy. He mentioned that it still gives problems.
He also said there is support for LCD's but is not sure. It seems this
is the path most games and hardware are taking. According to Larry Berlin's
tip on his web page he mentions to look for video graphics driver cards
with the jack for LCD support built in. Plug n Watch so to speak. ;-)
He mentions this is becoming more and more common. It's interesting to
note that some other ?list member? is finally seeing the light or was
that 3D LCD computer graphics. ;-)
